WHAT IS SOLD
Three digital services, delivered inside the game the moment the payment is confirmed: Power, a permanent level that makes each of your taps weigh one more in the hour’s ranking (+1 Power at $1.99, +5 Power at $7.99, +15 Power at $19.99; at most level 99); the ghost hand, hours during which a stand-in keeps your line of the ranking moving while you are away, priced per hour on the slider; and sponsoring, a name on a round, as described on the sponsor page. Prices are in US dollars, taxes included where they apply; your bank may convert them.
WHAT IS NOT SOLD
None of it changes who breaks the egg. On the egg every tap counts one, whoever makes it and whatever they bought; the hidden number is not revealed, moved or approached by any purchase. Nothing here is a chance to win, and no purchase feeds the prize. Everything sold is also given away: any account may take one level and one ghost hour a day, free. Buying is a way not to wait, nothing more.
WHO MAY BUY
You must be 18 or over, or buying with the agreement of the person responsible for you. Paying is done on Stripe’s page; we never see your card.
DELIVERY AND WITHDRAWAL
Delivery is immediate: the level, the hours or the sponsor line are applied to the game within seconds of the payment. Because you ask for that immediate delivery, and as European consumer law allows for digital content supplied at once, you expressly give up the fourteen-day right of withdrawal when you pay. This is said again on Stripe’s payment page. If a purchase did not land within a day, write to contact@ghotatechsolutions.com with the receipt: it is applied or refunded.
REFUNDS AND REFUSED PURCHASES
A purchase that could not be delivered is refunded in full. A sponsor name that breaks the rules is removed from the page and the payment is not refunded. A ghost bought with a payment that is later reversed or disputed is stopped. Power already used in the ranking is not refunded.
ACCOUNTS
An email is enough to keep Power across devices; there is no password. What was bought stays on the account. Cheating, as defined in the rules, may cost the account its Power and its ghost without refund.
DISPUTES
French law applies. A complaint is answered by a person at contact@ghotatechsolutions.com, and a purchase that raises a problem is refunded: that is how disputes are settled here. The courts remain open to you.

CE QUI EST VENDU
Trois services numériques, livrés dans le jeu dès la confirmation du paiement : le Power, un niveau permanent qui fait peser chacun de vos taps un point de plus dans le classement de l’heure ; la main fantôme, des heures pendant lesquelles un remplaçant fait avancer votre ligne du classement en votre absence ; le sponsoring, un nom sur une manche. Les prix sont en dollars américains, taxes comprises quand elles s’appliquent.
CE QUI N’EST PAS VENDU
Rien de tout cela ne change qui casse l’œuf. Sur l’œuf, chaque tap compte un, quel que soit son auteur et ce qu’il a acheté ; aucun achat ne révèle, ne déplace ni n’approche le nombre secret. Rien ici n’est une chance de gagner, et aucun achat n’alimente le lot. Tout ce qui est vendu est aussi offert : chaque compte peut prendre chaque jour, gratuitement, un niveau et une heure de fantôme. Acheter permet de ne pas attendre, rien d’autre.
QUI PEUT ACHETER
Il faut avoir 18 ans, ou l’accord de la personne responsable de vous. Le paiement se fait sur la page de Stripe ; nous ne voyons jamais votre carte.
LIVRAISON ET RÉTRACTATION
La livraison est immédiate. En payant, vous demandez cette exécution immédiate et renoncez expressément à votre droit de rétractation de quatorze jours, conformément à l’article L221-28 du Code de la consommation pour un contenu numérique fourni sans support matériel. Cela vous est rappelé sur la page de paiement. Si un achat n’est pas arrivé dans la journée, écrivez à contact@ghotatechsolutions.com avec le reçu : il est appliqué ou remboursé.
REMBOURSEMENTS
Un achat qui n’a pas pu être livré est remboursé en totalité. Un nom de sponsor contraire aux règles est retiré sans remboursement. Un fantôme payé avec un paiement annulé ou contesté est arrêté. Un Power déjà utilisé dans le classement n’est pas remboursé.
LITIGES
Le droit français s’applique. Toute réclamation est traitée par une personne à contact@ghotatechsolutions.com, et un achat qui pose problème est remboursé : c’est ainsi que les litiges se règlent ici. Les tribunaux compétents restent ouverts.
