WHO IS WHO
Ghota Tech Solutions (“we”) provides the software, the hosting and a console. The person or organisation who subscribes (“the host”) organises the game played on their egg, at the address they chose. These terms come on top of the terms of sale.
THE HOST ORGANISES THE GAME
On the host’s egg, the host is the organiser: they decide whether there is a prize, what it is, and they send it to the winner themselves. They answer for that game to their participants and under the law that applies to them, including any rule on promotional games or prize draws where they are. We provide the game’s rules as a model, the draw and the record of the break; we are not a party to the host’s prize.
WHAT MUST STAY TRUE ON EVERY EGG
Playing on the host’s egg is free and needs no account. Nobody may be asked to pay, buy or subscribe to anything to tap or to win; the host may not sell entries, chances or advantages on the egg, and may not tie a prize to any ranking. On the egg every tap counts one; the hidden number is drawn by the software and cannot be read or moved by the host or by us. The same anti-cheat runs on every egg. A host who breaks this loses the egg without refund of the month started.
PEOPLE AND THEIR DATA
The host sees in their console what the operator sees on the public egg: names chosen by players, counts, cadences, a winner’s claim. Never an email, never an address. The host uses the console to run and moderate their game and for nothing else, and does not try to identify players. The winner’s email, given to claim a prize, is shown to the host for the sole purpose of sending it, and to nobody else.
MONEY, MONTHS, CANCELLATION
The subscription is monthly, paid in advance, at the price shown when it was taken. It renews each month until cancelled. Cancelling is done from the egg’s console, in a few clicks, at any time; the month already paid runs to its end, and no further charge is made. Since the service starts at once, the host gives up the right of withdrawal for the month started.
THE TOKEN AND THE CONSOLE
The console is opened with a token sent once by email. The host keeps it to themselves; anything done with it is done by the host. A lost token is replaced on request from the email the egg was bought with.
WHAT WE DO NOT PROMISE
The egg runs on shared infrastructure and may be briefly unavailable; we do our best, and a month with a serious outage is refunded on request. We are not liable for the host’s prize, for what their participants write, or for the host’s own compliance. Our liability to the host is limited to the subscription fees paid for the month in question.
ENDING IT
We may close an egg that breaks these terms, or the public game’s own rules, and refund nothing for the month started. Either side may end the subscription for the next month at any time. When it ends, the egg closes; its record stays reachable to the host for thirty days.

Ghota Tech Solutions (« nous ») fournit le logiciel, l’hébergement et une console. La personne ou l’organisation qui souscrit (« l’hôte ») organise le jeu qui se joue sur son œuf, à l’adresse qu’elle a choisie. Ces conditions s’ajoutent aux conditions générales de vente.
L’HÔTE ORGANISE LE JEU
Sur l’œuf de l’hôte, l’hôte est l’organisateur : il décide s’il y a un lot, lequel, et l’envoie lui-même au gagnant. Il en répond envers ses participants et au regard de la loi qui lui est applicable, y compris toute règle sur les jeux promotionnels ou les tirages au sort là où il se trouve. Nous fournissons le règlement du jeu comme modèle, le tirage et le registre de la casse ; nous ne sommes pas partie au lot de l’hôte.
CE QUI DOIT RESTER VRAI SUR CHAQUE ŒUF
Jouer sur l’œuf de l’hôte est gratuit et sans compte. Personne ne peut être tenu de payer, d’acheter ou de souscrire quoi que ce soit pour taper ou pour gagner ; l’hôte ne peut vendre ni entrées, ni chances, ni avantages sur l’œuf, ni attacher un lot à un classement. Sur l’œuf, chaque tap compte un ; le nombre secret est tiré par le logiciel et ne peut être ni lu ni déplacé, par l’hôte comme par nous. La même protection contre la triche tourne sur chaque œuf. Un hôte qui enfreint ceci perd son œuf sans remboursement du mois commencé.
LES PERSONNES ET LEURS DONNÉES
L’hôte voit dans sa console ce que l’opérateur voit sur l’œuf public : les pseudos choisis par les joueurs, des comptes, des cadences, la réclamation d’un gagnant. Jamais un courriel, jamais une adresse. L’hôte n’utilise la console que pour animer et modérer son jeu, et ne cherche pas à identifier les joueurs. Le courriel du gagnant, donné pour réclamer un lot, lui est montré pour l’envoyer, et à personne d’autre.
ARGENT, MOIS, RÉSILIATION
L’abonnement est mensuel, payé d’avance, au prix affiché lors de la souscription. Il se renouvelle chaque mois jusqu’à résiliation. La résiliation se fait depuis la console de l’œuf, en quelques clics, à tout moment ; le mois déjà payé va à son terme, sans nouveau prélèvement. Le service commençant immédiatement, l’hôte renonce au droit de rétractation pour le mois commencé.
LE JETON ET LA CONSOLE
La console s’ouvre avec un jeton envoyé une fois par courriel. L’hôte le garde pour lui ; ce qui est fait avec l’est par l’hôte. Un jeton perdu est remplacé sur demande depuis le courriel de souscription.
CE QUE NOUS NE PROMETTONS PAS
L’œuf tourne sur une infrastructure partagée et peut être brièvement indisponible ; nous faisons au mieux, et un mois marqué par une panne sérieuse est remboursé sur demande. Nous ne répondons ni du lot de l’hôte, ni de ce qu’écrivent ses participants, ni de sa propre conformité. Notre responsabilité envers l’hôte est limitée aux sommes payées pour le mois concerné.
FIN
Nous pouvons fermer un œuf qui enfreint ces conditions ou le règlement du jeu public, sans remboursement du mois commencé. Chacun peut mettre fin à l’abonnement pour le mois suivant à tout moment. À la fin, l’œuf ferme ; son registre reste accessible à l’hôte pendant trente jours.
